Hey! Iām Jenny, the heart and soul behind The Teabreak Project.

Like many people, I lost my way during lockdown juggling family, homeschooling, and a full-time job. I felt like I was just surviving the daily grind, losing sight of who I was and what brought me joy.
Ā
After many chats with friends, I realised I wasnāt alone. No-one had their sh*t together. So many of us were so busy that weād forgotten how to take a proper break, let alone reconnect with ourselves. Thatās when I decided it was time for my own Teabreak Project. I wanted to create something that could help busy women across the UK rediscover those simple pleasures in life, and, as Iām sure youāll agree, itās always better to do that with a slice of cake and a shiny badge as a reward!

At The Teabreak Project, my mission is clear: Iām here to help you carve out those longed-for moments of self-care. Whether it's through being creative, enjoying a cuppa (that isnāt cold), or scoffing a tremendous slice of cake, everyone deserves to take a step back, appreciate the little things and reconnect with themselves.

When Iām not busy curating the perfect Teabreak Project experience box for you, Iām at home in wild and windy Pembrokeshire with my husband, our three daughters, and our whippet Audrey. And, on the rare nights I go out dancing with my friends, youāll find me at last orders with a nice cup of tea or hot chocolateābecause letās be honest, thereās no better way to cap off a night out!
